Joining CrossFit 605 has been truly life-changing. When I first started, I wasn't sure if it would be a good fit for someone without experience. Walking into CrossFit 605 for the first time, I'll admit I was intimidated. My perception of CrossFit wasn't great - I thought you had to be super fit to participate. But then I met Tom, Karly, and the entire Herd and everything changed. They are not only amazing coaches, but genuinely good humans, and the community they've built is nothing short of inspiring. It's a place where anyone, no matter their starting point, can feel supported and encouraged.
That first day, I took a leap and it's easily been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness. Since then, I've lost over twenty pounds and have seen dramatic improvements in both my strength and endurance. Beyond physical progress, the gym has boosted my self-confidence in ways I never expected.
I had two main goals when I walked into the gym my first day: to get fitter and to meet new people. I'm happy to say that I've made huge strides in my fitness and also gained lifelong friends who make every step of this journey even more rewarding. It just keeps getting better, and I'm excited to see where it takes me next!

When I first walked into CrossFit 605, I never imagined the profound impact it would have on my life. The coaches and community not only helped me achieve a level of fitness I never thought possible but also prepared me for one of the most meaningful decisions of my life—donating a kidney.
Thanks to the strength and endurance I built through the programming at CrossFit 605, I felt physically prepared to undergo the donation process. The workouts pushed me beyond my limits in the best way, giving me confidence in my body's capabilities and resilience. After the surgery, the recovery period was daunting, but I knew I had a community cheering me on every step of the way.
Once I received the green light to work out again, returning to CrossFit 605 was like coming home. The coaches guided me with patience and care, tailoring workouts to fit my recovery stage. They encouraged me to trust my body and celebrate the small wins, helping me rebuild not just my strength but also my confidence.
